Geraint gets the fans vote

Orient fans have voted in favour of Saint Geraint the Saviour being appointed the new manager of Leyton Orient.

Two-thirds of the participants in the poll thought Williams was the right man to stave off relegation over the next 3 months and carry the O’s forward.

No doubt the news will bring joy to Barry Hearn’s ears. The much maligned Chairman has suffered a long-term love-hate relationship with the fans over the past decade. In this instance however, he seems to have made the right choice by the fans.

Williams was appointed Manager in early February and has only been in charge for one game so far. A creditable point at play-off pushing Tranmere Rovers.
