Youngster joins Grays

Harry Baker has joined Grays Athletic on a month long loan deal today.

The young right winger joins the Blue Square Premier team for potentially five vital games in Grays’ quest to stay in the division.

Baker first broke into the Orient first-team as a scholar where he made a late appearance against Leicester City before shining against local rivals Southend United at Brisbane Road, but has so far failed to make a impression in the three games he’s played this season.

Baker’s three games have been made up of two Johnstone’s Paint Trophy games against Brighton and Hereford as well as making one substitute appearance in a league game this campaign.

This news comes on the back of the arrival of Jonathan Tehoue to the club.
