Leyton Orient secured a win over Newport in League 2 on Saturday.

Newport’s relegation was all but confirmed when Leyton Orient recorded a 4-0 win at Rodney Parade to boost our own survival hopes.

Orient – three up by half time after goals from Steven Alzate and Josh Koroma’s brace – won for the first time in four games to move to within five points of safety. Koroma completed his hat trick with a second half penalty.
