Leyton Orient were beaten by Grimsby in League 2 on Saturday.
Leyton Orient’s survival hopes were dealt a further blow when Grimsby – to close the gap on the top seven to four points – left Brisbane Road with a 3-0 win.
Orient went behind early on with Callum Kennedy’s own goal – he was denied a consolation at the right end in added time – sealing the Mariners’ victory with the third coming three minutes from time.
