Adams Recalled By Foxes

Orient loanee Nicky Adams has returned to his parent club, Leicester City, because Foxes gaffer Nigel Pearson has recalled him.

Adams, a former Welsh under-21 international, has played well whilst on loan at E10 and his last contribution was providing the cross for Jonathan Téhoué to head home against Leeds United on Saturday.

Adams’ departure has left our midfield massively depleted. Without Adams we have just six midfielders at the club, with two of those being Harry Baker and Loick Pires who have three starting appearances between them. Geraint Williams now has to dip into the loan market in order to restore numbers to our midfield thanks to Adams’ and JJ Melligan’s depatures.

Orient VitalFootball would like to wish Nicky the best of luck with his career.
