Who would have thought that after nineteen days of January we’d be unbeaten? That’s the positive we have to take despite playing no games this month.

In this space I’d usually talk a little about our previous game but after its postponement at 1.45pm I stayed in the pub till around 4.30pm so I can’t really say much.

Vital Quotes:

Orient Team News:

Geraint Williams has nearly a fully fit team to choose from ahead of this game. The only absentee will be Ben Chorley who is serving a one-match ban after accumalating five yellow cards this season.

Sean Thornton returns from a suspension whilst Stephen Purches (ill), Charlie Daniels (knee), Ryan Jarvis (ill) and James Scowcroft (groin) are all fit again (well, maybe not Scowcroft).

New signings Jonathan Tehoue, Nicky Adams and Matthew Briggs will all be hoping to make their debuts for the club tonight.

Player to watch: Sean Thornton

After the departure of Andros Townsend who has probably been our most creative player all season we need Sean Thornton to step up to the mark and continue the good form he showed in December where he contributed with goals and assists to help our cause.

Yeovil Town Team News:

Welsh midfielder Shaun MacDonald returns to The Glovers on loan from Swansea City and is likely to start on Tuesday evening.

Terrell Forbes and striker Sam Williams are both suspended but Yeovil will be boosted by the return of defender Stefan Stam after he recovered from a hamstring injury.

Player to watch: Jonathan Obika

Obika is a pacy striker that Yeovil have brought in on loan from Spurs and Obika has repaid Yeovil’s faith with 7 goals this term.

He has appeared for Spurs’ first team on two occasions and spent a spell at Yeovil last season contributing four goals in ten games.

Obika is clearly a player the Orient defence needs to keep a very close eye on.
