Tranmere 2-1 Orient

Poor defending cost us again as we handed relegation threatened Tranmere a two goal lead.

Orient, on the back of a six game unbeaten run, handed Rovers the advantage after 27 minutes when Ian Thomas-Moore opened the scoring for the hosts before Watford loanee Marvin Sordell doubled the lead for the men from the Wirral.

January signing Jonathan Téhoué grabbed Orient a lifeline with four minutes left but it was a case of too little, too late for Geraint’s men.
