After a disastrous week, Orient once again face up to the current league leaders, this time in the form of Sheffield United.
With Danny Wilson`s side just ahead of a tight pack of seven teams fighting for two automatic promotion slots, they will be looking to pile on the misery for the away side who are starting to sink without a trace.
Sheffield United Team News:
Jonathan Forte is still absent for the blades after boss Danny Wilson confirmed to the Sheffield United official website he will be out in the short term with a groin problem.
Defenders Mark Howard and Lecsinel Jean-Francois are also both still missing for the hosts with thigh and knee problems respectively.
Player to watch: Dave Kitson
The ginger haired striker, showed his class at Brisbane Road earlier in the campaign during a professional 1-0 victory for the Blades. With only 9 goals to his name this season, he has shown that it takes more than just goals to be a part of a successful team.
With new strike partner Jamie Murphy, they will be hoping to cause havoc to an Orient defence that will be lacking in confidence.
Leyton Orient Team News:
Martin Rowlands is still a doubt to be fit for tonight`s clash after missing the weekend defeat against Crawley.
Leon McSweeney is still set to deputise for the injured Gary Sawyer whilst Kevin Lisbie and Lee Butcher are still absent.
Player to watch: Jamie Jones
The Scouse Stopper will need to be on top form if he is to deny the top of the table Blades.
Since the departure of Ryan Allsop, Jones has gained his place back as Number one keeper at the Orient and he will want to repay the faith shown in him by Russell Slade, after being injured last season by putting in a series of commanding performances.
Match Facts & Stats
Sheffield United come into this game in top form after winning their last four league matches.
That form has propelled them to the top of the table and they will be hoping to cement that position by winning tonight.
Since United`s relegation to League 1, they have never been beaten by Orient. The only time they have dropped points against the O`s was when Kevin Lisbie equalised in the 95th minute in the 1-1 draw at Brisbane Road in October 2011.
