Shaun Batt and Marvin Bartley could also return after missing out on the Capital One Cup win over Coventry on Tuesday with minor injuries.
Player to watch: Dean Cox
The lively winger has been in scintillating form, netting three time in two games since his return from injury.
Russell Slade will be hoping that Cox can keep up his fine record this weekend.
Shrewsbury Town Team News:
The visitors will be without Dave Winfield (Hamstring) and John Marsden (Broken Foot) for the next two months, whilst Aston Villa loanee Graham Burke is expected to make his debut.
Player to watch: Tamika Mkandawire
The Shrews captain is well known in E10 after his three year stay at the O`s during 2007 through to 2010.
A combative centre half, known for his all round ability, Mkandawire will attempt to make life as difficult as possible for the likes of Kevin Lisbie as he looks to halt the recent good form of the Orient attacking line.
