After suffering the late defeat at Gillingham last week, Leyton Orient host Crewe Alexandra in a must win clash.

The O’s dropped into the relegation zone last weekend and cannot afford to lose against a side below them in the table.

VitalOrient previews the match.

Leyton Orient Team News:

Andrea Dossena is in line to make his home debut.

Jobi McAnuff is available following international duty.

Jay Simpson, Gianvito Plasmati and Shane Lowry are doubts.

Player to watch: Josh Wright

With the absence of Lloyd James’ creativity in midfield, Orient have turned to Wright for creativity in the middle.

With the ability to pick out a pass, The on loan Millwall man will be important if Orient are to get in behind the Crewe defence.

Crewe Alexandra Team News:

Crewe will be without top scorer Marcus Haber who returns from international duty too late.

George Ray is available after serving a three-match suspension.

Ryan Colclough and Liam Nolan remained sidelined with injuries.

Player to watch: Jamie Ness

The Scottish midfielder spent a chunk of last season on loan at Orient.

Due to the team doing well, Ness found his chances limited but displayed a good range of passing and a powerful strike from distance.

Orient are going to have to keep an eye on Ness and prevent any shots from outside the box.
