28 year old Glynn Garner says success is down to all the preparation.

The Orient’s shot stopper explains their great form – which has led them to 2nd in League Two – is due to the club being professional.

‘We prepare professionally by staying overnight on long away trips – and it makes a big difference. If you turn up on the day of the game you’re really tired when you get off the coach, but Martin Ling and his staff are making sure we prepare in the right way. When I played for Bury, we would travel to and from places like Orient in a day, meaning we had to leave at 7am.’
