It was confirmed on Wednesday morning that Leyton Orient have once again applied for a judicial review into West Ham United`s proposed move into the Olympic Stadium in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford.

This challenge to the Hammers bid comes after West Ham co-chairman David Gold revealed on Monday that the club could have an agreement for the stadium by as early as March 16th.

Gold`s bold statement has forced Orient chairman Barry Hearn`s into asking for another judicial review in the hopes of denying the Irons the opportunity to move to within what the E10 club consider their catchment area for potential supporters.

The London Legacy Development Corporation is set to meet on the March 26th to discuss the future of the stadium. The LLDC have already stated West Ham as their preferred bidder for the Stadium.
