The Football League have now announced the Match Day officials that will take charge of the game against Stevenage this Tuesday.

Leyton Orient host Stevenage on Tuesday August 30 for the Football League Trophy/Checkatrade Trophy tie at the Matchroom Stadium and the match carries a 7.45pm kick off.

Match Day referee Ward has officiated seven games in 2016/17 with a return of 24 yellow cards and zero red cards.

He took in 35 matches in 2015-16 and in those games, across all competitions and football divisions, he handed out a total of 113 yellow cards and two red cards.

He was most card happy in the match between Brighton and Birmingham on November 28 with a total of eight yellows being shown. He also showed seven yellows in the Bristol City v Leeds encounter on August 19, and six yellows and one red on December 20 in the game between Leeds and Preston.

Let`s hope it`s not another repeat and more of our players edge closer to automatic bans.
