First of all, Hello! I am Fred, an Orient fan and friend of editor-in-chief Oli. I will be bringing you the breaking stories concerning the mighty O’s as well as my own views after the game this coming season.

So, some info on the Belgians.
They are on the way up the Belgian leagues after gaining promotion last season from the Antwerp amateur leagues into the 4th division. So similar to the Belgian Aldershot Town or Exeter City!

They were founded in 1921, have always played in their traditional blue and yellow and are managed by Tom Schipper. Their fanbase is made up of the Wikrijk area of Antwerp and get a few hundred per game at their tiny Universiteitsplein stadium Their hero, as well as ours, is Wim Walschaerts, former Orient player and all round good guy who should play tomorrow.

The O’s should give first run-outs to their new signings, Danny Granville, Ryan Jarvis, Jamie Jones, Andy Cave-Brown and Simon Dawkins as well as seeing the returns of Tamika Mkandawire, Wayne Gray and Alton Thelwell.

As always, there are a hundred or so fans making the trip and lets hope they return with a win!
