Promising goalkeeper Charlie Grainger has joined Farnborough on a long-term loan.

The goalkeeper, who turned 18 yesterday, will gain some valuable first-team experience following the arrivals of both Adam Legzdins and Gary Woods at Leyton Orient this summer.

Orient goalkeeping coach Kevin Dearden had previously expressed his desire for Grainger to go out on loan this season and play adult football rather than sit on the bench.

Good luck Charlie!
