Blue Square Premier side Alfreton Town await the winner of Orient’s postponed FA Cup First Round tie at Gloucester City after the competition’s second round was drawn on Sunday afternoon.

Ipswich Town legend John Wark pulled out Orient’s ball in the draw at Wembley that could see Orient travel to Derbyshire should they dispose of their non-league opposition in the rearranged First Round tie.

Today’s tie against the Blue Square North Tigers was called off early on Sunday due to a waterlogged pitch with the Orient Supporters Coach already making good yards and being on the motorway near Oxford.

The winners of the rearranged tie will travel to Alfreton Town’s Impact Arena on the weekend of the 1st or 2nd of December 2012.

Alfreton, nicknamed The Reds, currently sit in 16th in the Blue Square Premier picking up 18 points from their 15 games thus far. Yesterday, in true cup history, form and league tables went out the window as Alfreton dumped out Wrexham, who sit 4th in the Blue Square Premier.
